DAMPIER CARAVAN PARK

Discover Dampier, a welcoming, vibrant and connected community, and a stepping stone to ancient history, unique archipelago and modern industry. The Dampier Caravan Park is located on The Esplanade overlooking Hampton Harbour and ‘Sam’s Island’ and is within sight (and sound!) of Rio Tinto’s Parker Point ship loading facility.

Managed by the Dampier Community Association (DCA) on behalf of our community, all profits go back to supporting DCA’s operations for the benefit of our town. Open seasonally between April and October, our Caravan Park is perfect for families, overnight stays and travellers of all ages. With great views and a beach just over the road we hope you will stop by and take time out to absorb the surroundings and relaxed atmosphere.

The Caravan Park is now OPEN for bookings which are essential. ALL bookings are online - please click on the BOOK NOW button above to secure your favourite site! We suggest you check out the Park Map before making your booking.

All our sites are powered, with 18 caravan sites and 7 camping sites (not suitable for roof-top tents) along with large trees and well maintained gardens making for a comfortable stay.  Please note that our Park operates under a ‘Transit Park’ license, so the maximum stay is three nights and there is no sullage or water hook ups - just fill your tank upon arrival. We are a BYO/self-serve Park, with VOLUNTEER Park Hosts there to assist if required. You can find more information in our Rules & Regulations.

Besides the beautiful sunset views and friendly service, our Caravan Park offers a range of facilities including male/female ablutions, a universal access washroom, washing machines, camp kitchen and a shaded BBQ area. You can bring your best mate with you - we are a pet friendly Park!
