The most coveted of prizes....

All prizes earned at our Dampier Art Awards are indeed well deserved and amazing achievements, but the one award we hold close to our heart is the Peoples Choice. We love that the community have their say, and say they do.

Each year our numbers grow at the exhibition and last year over 350 visitors took the time to have their say. We are very excited this year to be awarding our People Choice winner a very special piece of Dampier art we had commissioned by local craftsman Warrick Smith from Wyldwood. Warrick has kindly donated this unique piece of hand crafted art on beautiful WA Curly Blackbutt timber which definitely represents our Red Hot Town.
